At our grove we do it as always: Guillermo looks after the tree all year round — irrigation, pruning, and conversations with the tree he’d rather not mention. When the oranges are ready — no sooner, no later — we pick them and send them to you. No cold storage. No wax. No weeks spent contemplating what might have been.
