At CitrusRicus we don't believe in complicated language, so we try to keep things simple and understandable. Please note that although translations in other languages exist, the only legally valid version is the one written in Spanish.

1. INTRODUCTION

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Legal Notice, access to, browsing and use of the website www.citrusricus.com, as well as the purchase of products through it. Reading and accepting these GTC is a necessary condition prior to the purchase of any product through the Website. By using this website or placing an order, you consent to be bound by these Terms and our Data Protection Policies. We reserve the right to modify them at any time without such modifications affecting already confirmed orders. Although translations in other languages exist, the only legally valid version is the one written in Spanish.

By accepting these GTC, the user states: a) that they have read, understand and comprehend what is set out here. b) that they are of legal age according to the regulations in force in their place of residence. c) that they have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts. d) that they assume all obligations set out here.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using this website and placing orders, you commit to: a) Using this website solely for legally valid enquiries or orders. b) Not placing any false or fraudulent orders. c) Providing your contact details in a truthful and accurate manner. d) Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and informing us of any unauthorised use. e) Making appropriate use of the Website in accordance with the legal system.

5. PURCHASE PROCESS

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and pay for the selected items. You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). Before payment, you may modify your order details. If you detect an error after completing payment, contact us immediately at +34 679 890 459 or hola@citrusricus.com.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. CitrusRicus grows and markets seasonal agricultural products. If difficulties arise with harvesting or supply, or the harvest ends before your order is prepared, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

7. PRICES

Prices shown include the legally applicable VAT and are quoted in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and shown during the purchase process before payment confirmation. The applicable price will be that in force at the time of order confirmation.

8. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment may be made by credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The price will be charged when you click "Pay". By clicking "Pay" you confirm you are the holder of the payment method. Card and IBAN data will be encrypted. You have the right to receive an invoice in electronic or paper format (hola@citrusricus.com).

9. DELIVERY

We will ship your order within the timeframe indicated on the website. Indicative transit times: • 1–2 working days: Spain and Portugal. • 2–4 working days: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Monaco and Switzerland. • 3–6 working days: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden and the United Kingdom. These times may vary for reasons beyond our control.

9.1 Delivery verification: Do not sign the delivery receipt without first checking that packages are closed, unopened and complete. If any are missing or damaged, note your objection with the carrier and immediately inform us at hola@citrusricus.com with photographs.

9.2 Hidden defects: If products received without apparent defects prove unfit for consumption, inform us at hola@citrusricus.com within 14 days of receipt with photographs.

9.3 Failed delivery: Contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery. After 15 days without delivery through no fault of ours, the contract will be considered terminated.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Perishable products: In accordance with Article 103(c) of Spanish Consumer and User Protection Law, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal for perishable products. If perishable products received are unfit for consumption, notify us in writing (hola@citrusricus.com) within 48 hours with photographs.

Non-perishable products (packaged, preserved, etc.): You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, send an unambiguous declaration to: Isabel Ríos Peset, C/ Cirilo Amorós 20, Valencia 46004, hola@citrusricus.com.

Model withdrawal form: "To Isabel Ríos Peset [...]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: Order placed on ___ / Order received on ___ · Consumer name: ___ · Consumer address: ___ · Signature (if on paper): ___ · Date: ___"

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the user.

11. WARRANTIES

CitrusRicus agricultural products are natural, non-industrial products, so their flavour, colour, size and shape are variable. These natural variations do not constitute grounds for return or complaint. The legal guarantees applicable in Spain apply to all products.

12. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to Isabel Ríos Peset. Reproduction, transformation, distribution or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited.

13. COMMUNICATIONS

By using this website, you agree that most communications with us will be electronic. Communications will be deemed received and properly made: upon publication on our website; 24 hours after an email is sent; or three days after the postmark date of any letter.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

CitrusRicus and Isabel Ríos Peset cannot guarantee that the Website will function uninterruptedly, error-free or virus-free. Our liability in relation to any product purchased shall be limited to the purchase price of that product.

15. PARTIAL INVALIDITY

The invalidity of any clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
