Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order at any time between purchase and final processing (8:00 PM CET on the day before dispatch). Once your fruit has been picked and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — we harvest to order, not from stock.

Gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded once issued.

To cancel, contact us at info@citrusricus.com with your order number. We will confirm within 24 hours.
