Right of withdrawal

What it applies to. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to packaged, non-perishable products (our gourmet range: honey, marmalade, oil, dressings, mustard, salt, tea, etc.).

What it does NOT apply to. Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly are excluded — fresh fruit and other perishables (oranges, mandarins, lemons, kiwis, avocados, vegetables) — in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Tree sponsorships. If the season's shipments have already begun, the products already shipped and their shipping costs will be charged and deducted at the regular price (not the sponsorship price) from the refund amount.

Period. 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the packaged product.

How to exercise it. Inform us by an unambiguous statement (letter or email):

You may use the model form below (its use is not mandatory). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the period expires.

Condition of the product. Returns are accepted only if the product is in perfect condition: unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged due to improper use, we may reduce the refund amount.

Refund. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method you used.
