It is elaborated following a traditional and handcrafted process that begins with the careful extraction of olives of the highest quality.then the cold-pressed olive juice, without heating, only by mechanical means! And that's it. It doesn't get any more natural than that.

This artisanal process preserves all the authentic properties and flavors of olives. Every drop of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a tribute to the effort and dedication of the farmers who grow and harvest these precious olives.

Why do I have this Extra Virgin Olive Oil?

I love Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Breakfast, lunch or dinner: always with real olive oil, tasty, full-bodied and not scratchy to the throat. When I find something so tasty, I enjoy life and enjoy the moment of the meal.

This is one of the best oils I have found. I love its flavor. It is very round in the mouth, it tastes good with tomato or with a natural toast, to enjoy it. In addition, the quality / price ratio is very good.

Origin of our oil.

It is an oil from a small cooperative that I love. It is an oil mill of small farmers, very careful with what they produce and looking for the best flavor. It was shown to me by my friend Paco, who has a farm nearby and whose family has belonged to the cooperative since its origin.

It has a slightly greenish yellow color and a fruity aroma. It has a hint of spiciness of picual variety but if it does not taste a little something is like drinking water and what we want is to enjoy life, right?

How do we use it?

For us, as for any Mediterranean family, oil is an essential part of our diet.

We use it both for frying and raw to dress a salad.

Those who are of a certain age remember how, when they were little, they used to have a small piece of bread with oil and salt for a snack. It is one of the simplest things in the world and, at the same time, one of the greatest pleasures, if the oil is of good quality. And this one is.
