
Mandarin and yoghurt cream — 10-minute no-bake dessert
A dessert assembled in 10 minutes, no oven needed. Greek yoghurt, fresh mandarin juice, honey and gelatine. That is all.
Ingredients (serves 4)
400 g Greek yoghurt, juice of 4 mandarins, zest of 1, 2 tbsp honey, 2 gelatine leaves (or 1 tsp agar-agar).
Method
Soak gelatine 5 min. Warm half the juice, dissolve gelatine. Mix yoghurt with honey, zest and remaining juice. Stir in gelatine. Pour into glasses. Chill 2 hours minimum.
