Sauces with tangerine marmalade
Our mandarin marmalade has an extraordinary taste, intense, sweet and, at the same time, slightly bitter - perfect for both sweet and savory dishes. In today's article we bring you different recipes for making sauces with tangerine marmalade. All of them are delicious and very easy to prepare. With these sauces you can accompany, for example, pork or chicken, fish or shrimp.

Ingredients:
- half a jar of tangerine marmalade from citrusricus.com
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 drop of Tabasco (according to taste)
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and heat. Serve immediately.
2. Sweet and sour tangerine sauce
Ingredients:
- juice of 3 oranges from citrusricus.com
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon flour
- half a jar of tangerine marmalade from citrusricus.com
- salt, pepper and a little water
Preparation:
- Heat the water with the sugar over low heat.
- Add the orange juice and add a little salt and pepper.
- Then add the tangerine marmalade.
- Mix the flour with the melted butter and add.
- Stir the sauce until it has the right texture.
3. Tangerine sauce for salads or for dipping.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tangerine marmalade from citrusricus.com
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- a pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients very well and use this sauce to dress leafy green salads or for dipping.
