We put all the ingredients to cook with a little water, over low heat, about 40 minutes approximately.

Put the orange and the apple in the glass, add the sugar and the lemon juice, puree 10 seconds at speed 4.
Program 30 minutes, at 100º, speed 2.
When there are 5 minutes left, remove the measuring cup and turn the basket upside down.
We put the jam in the jars, while it is still hot, and turn the jar upside down, putting the lid down to make the vacuum.
