1 lemon
1 apple
sugar (the same weight of the oranges)

Elaboration:

Preparation time: 1 hour approximately.
  • Wash and cut the lemon and the oranges into pieces.
  • We weigh the oranges to calculate the weight of the sugar, which will be the same.
  • Peel and slice the apple.

Traditional preparation:

We put all the ingredients to cook with a little water, over low heat, about 40 minutes approximately.

After this time we grind all the fruit.

Once mashed, add the sugar and let it cook for about 15 minutes, stirring all the time until you see that it has thickened.

Preparation with Thermomix:
Put the orange and the apple in the glass, add the sugar and the lemon juice, puree 10 seconds at speed 4.
Program 30 minutes, at 100º, speed 2.
When there are 5 minutes left, remove the measuring cup and turn the basket upside down.

We put the jam in the jars, while it is still hot, and turn the jar upside down, putting the lid down to make the vacuum.

This marmalade keeps for a long time.
