Orange flavored coffee - 3 recipes
Coffee by itself already has an extraordinary flavor, but in combination with the aroma of oranges it is simply delicious. Today we recommend three different orange-flavored coffee recipes, all of them simple to prepare and delicious - a perfect dessert. Try it yourself!
1. Californian coffee with oranges and cinnamon
Ingredients for 1 person
- coffee to make a cup of espresso
- 20 ml condensed milk
- sugar according to taste
- zest of an orange from citrusricus.com
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder (from Ceylon)
- a pinch of vanilla
- ice cubes
- a little whipped cream for garnish
Preparation:
Prepare a cup of espresso and mix it with the condensed milk, orange zest, cinnamon and ice cubes in a glass blender. At the end, decorate with a little cream and cinnamon.
2. Coffee with oranges and cream
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- Coffee for espresso
- 1 orange from citrusricus.com
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- 100 ml orange liqueur
- 100 g whipping cream
Preparation:
- Whip the cream.
- Wash the orange, dry it and grate the peel. Mix the zest with the cream.
- Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- Prepare a large cup of coffee and mix it with the sugar.
- Add the liqueur and the orange juice and heat the coffee in a saucepan.
- Divide the coffee into four glasses. Add a spoonful of the cream with the orange zest.
- Serve immediately.
3. Coffee with star anise and orange
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- zest of 1 orange of citrusricus.com
- 5 star anise
- brown sugar
- coffee for four cups
- a little milk
Preparation:
- Wash the orange, dry it and grate the zest.
- Heat 800 ml of water and add the orange zest and star anise. Let stand for 10 minutes and reheat.
- With this water, prepare the 4 cups of coffee.
- Heat the milk and whisk it to obtain foam.
- Serve the coffee with the frothed milk and sugar to taste.
