Vegan pudding with oranges and olive oil

Ingredients
- 2 cups of leavening flour (or regular flour and a tablespoon of baking powder)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (if you don't like the taste you can also use sunflower or canola oil)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons of water
- 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice*.
- zest of two oranges*.

Preparation
- Heat the oven to 175 degrees and prepare an English pudding mold by moistening it with vegetable spray or buttering it.
- Pour the flour in a bowl and then mix it with the sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the oil, water, orange juice and zest.
- Pour the liquids over the dry mixture and mix well until well blended. It is not necessary to beat.
- Pour everything into the mold and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
