4 simple recipes with tangerine marmalade

Today we recommend 4 simple recipes with our tangerine marmalade that you can prepare at any time of the year, even out of season. They are delicious and you can prepare them with just a few ingredients and in very little time.

1. Creamy tangerine marmalade cream soup

It is as simple as preparing different layers of Greek yogurt and tangerine marmalade in a glass. As the jam is sweet, we prefer to use natural yogurt without sugar. To decorate you can use chocolate shavings, orange zest and if you have time to prepare it, with crumble.

The crumble is prepared with 50 g of sugar, 80 g of flour and 50 g of butter (of the time). Mix the three ingredients homogeneously, crumble the dough and spread the lumps on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°. Once the crumble is cool, place on top of the creamy crumble.

2. Snack with goat cheese and tangerine marmalade

Prepare a small bite with bread, tangerine marmalade and goat cheese. Very simple but delicious!

3. Canapé with smoked salmon and mandarin jam

To prepare 8 canapés you need 50 g of butter, 1 tablespoon of tangerine marmalade, 8 slices of salmon, 1 orange, 8 rolls and some dill.

Mix the butter (at room temperature) with the marmalade and spread this mixture on the rolls. Place the salmon and decorate with sliced orange and a little dill. The canapés are now ready to serve.

4. Puff pastry hearts with cheese and mandarin jam

This recipe is also very simple: You only need puff pastry, cream cheese and our tangerine marmalade. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out hearts or other shapes with a cutter. Then spread the jam and top with cheese. Cover with another puff pastry heart. Once you have all the hearts ready, brush with beaten egg and bake at 180º until golden brown.

Our tangerine jam has a unique flavor, try it!
