Orange and Chocolate Mermelade

Who doesn't like chocolate? And if, on top of that, the orange is exquisite like ours? Uhmmm, you can't even imagine. The most delicious marmalade you've ever tasted. I finish the jars so I have to think about it before opening another one... but well, a little sin is not a bad thing.

If you like the flavor mix, you'll love it. If you've never tried it before, I'd start with this one. Kids like it too, at least mine do.

We use the whole orange (well cleaned of course) which gives us some exquisite flavor touches. Fullness in the mouth. There is a before and an after.

There are several types of people in the world:

• those who take chocolate alone, without anything.
• those who like it with something (cream, flavor, etc.).
• and some who say they exist but I don't know about. Those who say that they don't like chocolate... (not even by miracle).

If you are one of those who like chocolate in every possible way, this classic chocolate and orange flavor is incredible. A real triumph and discovery.

I eat this marmalade for breakfast many days. I love it, you can tell, right?
