Uhmm, so hungry: Candied Orange Bread
Looking for recipes on the internet to see what to eat, I came across one of bread with candied oranges that immediately caught my attention. it looks great!
As these hours are very bad and treacherous, you can not fall for the first thing you see but gradually, reading it, I decided that I do too. I'm going to try it tomorrow but for now I summarize how it's done:
"Ingredients 300 grams of bread wheat flour, 200 grams of whole rye flour, 12 grams of fresh baker's yeast, 15 grams of salt, 350 grams of water, 140 grams of candied orange peel.
Preparation (summarized - the rest in the original article linked below):
Mix the ingredients, salt and the candied orange peel chopped into uneven pieces. Knead for 6-8 minutes. let the dough rise outside and covered with a cloth for an hour or until doubled in volume. Then, make portions of about 100grs and shape them. Again let rest for 1 hour and then bake in the oven at 200º (20 to 25 minutes)."
I have spoken to the owner of the blog, who is extraordinarily kind so I recommend you visit him. The complete recipe and the article are at this link but I recommend you to visit the blog www.gastronomiaycia.com there are a thousand more things (and all delicious)
Enjoy it!
