Preparation

  • Mix well the Greek yogurt with the mascarpone and sugar.
  • If you want, you can add natural mandarins to the jam. Peel the mandarins, remove the skin and cut into small pieces. Add these pieces to the jam and reserve 4 mandarin segments to decorate the dessert. If you do not have mandarins, you can use only the marmalade.
  • Fill glass glasses with different layers of the yogurt and mascarpone mixture and the tangerine marmalade.

This dessert is delicious and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Another option is to add the crumble dough that you will also love. Here's how to make it.

Optional: Crumble batter

  • To make the crumble dough: Take the butter out of the refrigerator in time so that it is at room temperature. Mix the sugar with the flour in a bowl, add the butter and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Crumble the crumble dough on a tray with baking paper. Then bake the crumble in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180º until it is lightly browned. Let the crumble cool and then decorate the crumble. Add a mandarin orange wedge and, if you like, a mint leaf to decorate this dessert.
