You need the following ingredients:

  • 250 grams of carrots
  • the juice of 4 tangerines from (you can also use our oranges, if you prefer)
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml of vegetable stock
  • 100 ml of cooking cream
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

This is how to prepare this cream:

  • Cut the onion and sauté in a pan with a little olive oil.
  • Peel the carrots and cut them.
