Salmon skewers with orange

Ingredients for 2 diners:

  • 2 salmon loins
  • 1 orange from citrusricus.com
  • 3 teaspoons of mustard (we recommend Dijon Maille mustard)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • a little dill

Preparation:

It is best to buy skinless and boneless salmon loins, so it takes very little time to prepare this recipe.

  • Cut the salmon into large cubes and mount on the skewer.
  • So that the fish does not remain cold, we begin with the preparation of the sauce.
  • Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with the mustard and honey. Pour the mixture into a frying pan so that the flavors are well integrated until the sauce is reduced, leaving a mixture with a mellow texture. Stir well.
  • Grease a frying pan with oil and remove the excess with kitchen paper. Then heat over high heat and pass the skewers. Some people like the inside of the loins to be a little raw, others prefer the fish very well done. It depends on your taste.
  • Remove the skewers and cover them with the orange and mustard sauce. At the end, sprinkle with a few leaves of dill.

These delicious orange-flavored skewers are ready!
